It pairs 24-month prosciutto di Parma with imported mozzarella di bufala, on layers of baby arugula, and tomato, and further flavoured with lemon basil pesto on fresh-baked bread. We call it Royale because it’s made with premium ingredients for special occasions.
Mozzarella di bufala is imported mozzarella cheese made from the milk of the Italian Mediterranean buffalo. It's a delicious Old World dairy product from Campania, and or the provinces of Caserta, and Salerno.
